Our Home

In 2014, the Arkansas Alpha Chapter House Corporation moved forward with a plan to build a new chapter house on our existing property at 502 West Maple. A lack of space limited the opportunities for sisterhood within the walls of our home and it had been difficult for our members to share dinner, social time, study time, practices and even Chapter meetings together! Our former home no longer met the space or logistical needs of our ever-growing chapter and, after careful consideration, it was determined that building a new home was in the best interest of the chapter. With a committee of dedicated alumnae in place, we embarked on an ambitious capital campaign, which continues today, and contracted with WER Architects/Planners and CDI Contractors to build a $12 million home. We opened the doors to our new home in the Fall of 2016 and our active membership is delighted with every detail. By increasing our space and improving the functionality of the house, there is now increased opportunity for sisterhood, study and philanthropy within our walls. In addition, it makes a great place for pledge class reunions in the summer!
